It was a good experience! My first time there and the food was great ! I especially loved the ice mocha latte I got so rich and good taste of strong espresso which I love 🤎 i got the loaded hasbrowns which tastes amazing and so fresh and filling 10/10 the employees were super sweet the pasty’s are so yummy 😋

Five stars Alaska Coffee Roasting. Order the large delicious Alaska coffee, chocolate cake best ever. Plenty of tables, you could smell the coffee aroma. Parking- Enough for all walks of life. Cashier- Extraordinary gentleman at the POS have ethics. Note: King David will return here.

We just moved to Miami a few days ago and we were lucky enough to pick this place for our lattes early on. This is a family owned shop with beans roasted in house. All food items are house baked and freshly made. The owner is highly passionate about her buisness and it shows in the flavors of each dish, clearly made with love. The espresso is also the best we have tasted in our lives. Everything truly tastes better in Miami and this spot still shines as the best coffee shop. And the people who work here are all sweethearts. Compliments to the staff!! Excellent place for bikes and coffee!

I absolutely loved this place!! I am always on the hunt for a good new coffee spot and this one is pretty awesome. I had the lavender cappuccino, with the Karen sandwich. Delicious!!! The bread was fresh and food is made to order. My husband had the avocado toast and it was tasty. The staff is friendly and helpful. We decided to take home some of the bakery items and they were soooo good!!! Overall I highly recommend this place and I will be going back to try the pizza!!

The vibe of the staff makes you want to stay all day! The young lady who helped us, Jasmine was great! Everyone seemed like they truly enjoy working there and they have a great rapport with all their customers - not just the regulars. The selection of foods is very extensive. My daughter had the breakfast pizza with salami and some other things on it and she said it was amazing. I had a hot latte which was very good. I’m not much of a coffee shop person, but whenever I’m in the area, usually after a visit to the urgent care center in the same plaza, I stop in because everything is soooo good!

This place is phenomenal! The food is absolutely amazing — huge compliments to the chef. What truly makes this spot special, though, is Ashliegh and Dustin. Dustin knows my order by heart. He’s the definition of great customer service — always friendly, welcoming, and makes you feel like more than just a customer. They make the entire experience warm, welcoming, and unforgettable. Honestly, everything here is top tier, which is why I find myself coming back every other day. Highly recommend!

First time at Alaska Coffee Roasting. The atmosphere is very friendly, and it looks like a family business. I had a cappuccino and a blueberry bread pudding, and they both tasted very well. I will definitely go back to try more of their products.

I stopped by Alaska Coffee Roasting this morning while running some errands because I was looking for a casual, comfortable place to relax with a good cup of coffee. It popped up in my search, and I’m really glad I decided to give it a try. The atmosphere is exactly what I was looking for. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and unpretentious while still having plenty of character. The décor has an authentic coffeehouse feel, with coffee bags, fresh beans, and displays throughout the shop that make it feel like a true neighborhood café. There are plenty of breakfast and lunch options, and I was pleasantly surprised to even see pizza on the menu. I ordered a cappuccino, a mushroom empanada, and an almond croissant. The staff recommended the mushroom empanada when I was deciding between the beef and chicken versions, and it ended up being an excellent recommendation. It arrived warm, flavorful, and was probably my favorite part of the meal. They also suggested warming up the almond croissant, and that was another great recommendation. It wasn’t just a plain croissant with sliced almonds on top, it was filled with a rich, creamy almond filling that made it feel much more indulgent. Seating is another big plus. There are plenty of tables inside, an outdoor seating area in front of the shop, and another covered patio on the side with even more seating, so finding a comfortable spot wasn’t an issue. Parking was easy as well. Since it’s located in a shopping plaza, there are plenty of parking spaces available. Of course, it may be busier at certain times of the day, but I didn’t have any trouble finding a spot. Both the cashier and the employee who was training with her were friendly, welcoming, and had a genuinely laid-back vibe that matched the atmosphere of the café. If you’re looking for a place to slow down, enjoy a quality cup of coffee, and have a good pastry or light breakfast without feeling rushed, I’d definitely recommend Alaska Coffee Roasting.
